Where is my Order?

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with estimated processing time. When your order is shipped, you’ll get a notification email with tracking details. Carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx may not call before delivery, but freight companies will typically reach out to schedule delivery.

My order hasn't arrived

If your delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, contact us at info@megaplasticos.us. We’ll send you the tracking information and help you connect with the freight carrier.

I have not heard from your delivery company yet

If you received a shipment email but haven't heard from the carrier, they may contact you once the order reaches the local delivery hub. You can also track your shipment online or contact the carrier directly.

I've placed an order but heard nothing

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders for our emails. Add info@megaplasticos.us to your safe senders list to avoid missing future updates.

I've received only part of my order

Please inspect all packaging. Smaller items (e.g., samples, accessories) may be packed inside larger items. If you're still missing something, email us at info@megaplasticos.us

My order is arriving too soon and I am not ready to receive it. What can I do?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can hold it until you're ready. Storage fees may apply for extended holds. Please email us to coordinate.

It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

We apologize for the delay. While we strive to meet lead times, occasional delays can occur. Contact info@megaplasticos.us and we’ll provide you with an update.

I've tracked my order and it says delivered or lost, but I don't have it. What should I do?

Please contact the freight carrier directly with your tracking number. They can provide location updates or help with rescheduling. For further assistance, email us.

How can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes may not be possible or may incur extra charges.
